The 4 kw laser is capable of cutting up to: -
- 20mm Mild Steel
- 15mm Stainless Steel
- 10mm Aluminium.
The machine can operate at a standard which is not obtained throughout any press work or any other cutting processes currently available. The speed and capacity that the laser machine works to is of an impeccable standard and is amazing too see in operation.
The laser machine has an extra feature which is of great importance when it comes down to time and flexibility. The loading of all plate material is carried out by means of a “loading arm” which is semi automatic utilising suction loads to lift, hold and position material accurately minimizing handling.
The range of shapes that can be achieved are endless allowing our laser cutting facility to be your solution to all your cutting requirements.
Quantity is of no issue as we can manufacture any quantity required from mass production to a one off.
