Our in-house services
Pressing, Forming, Guillotining, Welding, Machining, Milling, Band sawing, Stamping, Boring, Tool engineering, Grinding, Drilling and Laser Cutting (Express Lasers).
The services that we provide enable us to have the flexibility needed for complete control over the whole manufacturing process from start to finish ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. As you can see we have a range of processes available ensuring that you get a service you will remember for high quality and prompt delivery. As we have tried to maintain a “one stop” solution from start to finish we have tried to have full control over the whole of the manufacturing process, this is why we offer so many different services allowing us to achieve our goal.
Pressings
We have the capability of carrying out press work to customer specification using a vast range of materials including the exotics such as Inconel, Duplex, Monel, Nimonic and many plastics. Due to our extensive knowledge and understanding, working along side with our enormous tooling capabilities we have the ability in manufacturing a wide range of pressings.

Rings
There are various types of rings that we manufacture here are a few examples:

All rings come in various sizes and are used for many different applications; therefore the materials used can range from mild steel to super duplex, plastic to rubber. As the variation in applications can be wide any specific rings not listed please don’t hesitate in contacting us with your requirements. All can be produced from a wide range of material including all the exotic materials, just let us know with you requirements and we will be happy to help.
Discs
As there are a variety of discs already available to buy we manufacture to customer's individual specification regardless of quantities. We stock a wide range of punches and dies and the making of tools in-house greatly adds to our flexibility. There are various applications used for discs, including shaped discs for handrail applications to pressure discs within the valve and pump industry, due to the variation and sizes, our extensive tooling capabilities allows us to produce most diameter discs.
Brackets
Some areas include yellow goods, (plant machinery) furniture manufactures/suppliers and all retail sectors that we manufacture a range of brackets for. Any bracket shape or size is no problem for us, from it being a plain simple 90 degree right angle bracket to a more complex shape, email/fax us with any drawings and one of our sales team will be pleased to help.
As there is no real standardisation in bracket manufacture any bracket we produce can be different to the next, again with out in house tooling capabilities we can produce tools (punch’s and dies) to suit any customer requirements. With the help of our laser cutting facility our lead times are extremely good. Also over the years we have build up a very good relationship with our material suppliers resulting in very good lead times for material we don’t have on stock.
Gaskets

Using material thicknesses from 0.004” thick (1mm) our presses can produce batch quantities in a very short time period, again we accommodate for small quantities. Various materials can be used within the manufacturing of gaskets, stainless Steel is popular 303,304,316,321 are the common grades we use, however we also use Monel and Inconel.

Washers
We specialize in several different areas within manufacturing washers. We do hold many item in stock, however our delivery/lead times are exceptional.

Retaining Rings/Circlips/Clips
We also offer a range of circlips/clips/ Retaining rings, used in the piping industry along with many others, we offer to manufacture from a rage of materials to suite all your requirements. The standard clips are to din 471. There are many different types and variations of clips, circlips so please contact us with your enquiry. Retaining rings can be varied in size we offer all the usual materials such as stainless steel to mild steel, many applications used for internal and external clips for fixing onto pipes.
Machining
Having CNC Milling Machines enables us to carry out our own in house machining. We are equipped to carry out machining with trained staff we have the ability to machine our own tools, and cut lead times down to a minimum. From basic to complex machining our staff operate at a very high standard. We can machine nearly all materials from Mild Steel to 718 Inconel and F55 Duplex ect. The use of the lathe is also to our advantage as we can carry out small turning jobs upon request.
This allows us to perform more operations to a component and allows us to have more control over the job and to oversee the whole manufacturing process from start to finish.
The finish that we can achieve from machining is of a very high standard resulting in customer satisfaction on every occasion.
Fabrication
We have the facility for all types of fabrication work. Mig and Tig welding enables us to weld various components and a range of material from Inconel, Duplex, Monel and all stainless steel’s and many more are not a problem. Our welding facility proved us greater control of any fabrication work that is needed, we have the ability to weld most components to suit your requirements.
