CNC MILLING

Our comprehensive range of CNC machines allows us to manufacture complex multi-axis components in batches ranging from 1 off`s to 1000 off’s from a wide range of fully traceable materials.

Operating 24/7, we can offer parts on short lead times, scheduled call offs or on a contract basis to suit your demands.

CNC TURNING

Our turning department benefits from a wide range of specialist machines. Ranging from small, high volume bar feed machines and mid-size live tooling machines.

CNC Brake Press

Having CNC brake press’s as part of our established production line assists greatly in the second operation phase of manufacturing a range of different assembly components. Our precision CNC sheet metal forming machines ensure tolerances are maintained throughout a batch run and our range of Trumpf tooling enables us to produce a range of bespoke parts from the prototype stage to medium volume. We have the facilities to reverse engineer sample to produce technical drawings using our 3D Solidworks software.

Power Rollers

Complimenting an already extensive production line we have the capabilities to roll & form sheet plate material in an array of different sizes using our Power Rolls. Tube components in many sizes and the rolling of plates in a range of thickness are achievable with this process, which adds to our one stop shop. Batch tube assembly work or one off components is of no issue.

Enclosures & Cages

We have the facilities to produce a solution for your storage requirements. Offering an onsite fitting service we supply all our clients a quality service from quotation to fitting and liaise with all our customers each step of the way. Security prevention cages to storage cages we supply bespoke solutions to suit individual requirements. We also offer bespoke grate fixtures from a range of materials.
